University/HES Intern in HR Digital Transformation (m/f/x)

For our HRIS and Projects team within our Human Resources Department, we are looking for an intern to start immediately or as agreed. As a university/HES intern, you will actively participate in various HR digital transformation projects, contributing to the digitalisation of HR processes through projects with strong strategic and organisational impact. You will be a real support in managing digital HR projects and optimising our systems and data.

The tasks awaiting you:

• Project coordination: Active support in planning, monitoring and managing HR digital transformation projects (tool implementation, process optimisation in particular).
• Data analysis: Collect, analyse and interpret data to inform strategic decisions (Power BI, advanced Excel).
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on project progress and results achieved.
• Team support: Provide ongoing operational support for existing HR systems and processes.
• Documentation and continuous improvement: Write and keep project documentation up to date.
• Communication and change management: Facilitate communication between stakeholders, prepare materials (slides, FAQs, internal news...) and ensure transparency of information.

Your profile:

• You are currently studying in a field closely related to Human Resources, Information Systems, Project Management, Business Analysis or equivalent.
• You have a good knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI).
• You are interested in the HR world, innovation and digital tools.
• You have an analytical, structured and solution-oriented mindset.
• You have good communication skills, in French and ideally in English.
