HR Process Management Intern – Internship between 6 and 12 months – 100%
As an HR Intern, you contribute to the mapping and formalisation of HR processes by analysing existing practices and participating in the establishment of a common documentary base ensuring coherence and standardisation of practices within the HR department.
What you do daily
You manage the analysis, formalisation and updating of HR processes, procedures, instructions and internal directives. You ensure their coherence and updating, while contributing to the creation of a common HR documentary base and the standardisation of practices.
You participate in the analysis and optimisation of HR processes, particularly in the areas of recruitment, onboarding, performance management and absences. You identify and propose improvement avenues to simplify, harmonise or digitalise processes, in collaboration with the relevant teams.
You collaborate with various HR teams on cross-functional topics aimed at improving the efficiency and quality of processes. You also contribute to the preparation of HR reports and performance indicators, to facilitate monitoring and continuous improvement of HR activities.
What you bring to the team
You are in the final year of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in psychology, law, economics or management, ideally with a focus on HR or process analysis, seeking an internship to validate your degree through the acquisition of ECTS credits, or looking for a gap internship between your Bachelor’s and Master’s. A first experience in an HR, administrative or organisational environment, gained for example through an internship, project or dissertation, is a plus.
You communicate with ease and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders. You know how to analyse and synthesise information, write clearly and structurally, and organise your work with autonomy, rigour and discretion, especially when handling confidential information.
You have good knowledge of the main HR areas and basics in process analysis and modelling. You are proficient with office tools such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and comfortable with collaborative and document management tools such as Teams and SharePoint. You are interested in modern HR practices, continuous improvement and process digitalisation.
