Clerk Sales Internal Service Export 100%

For our client, a globally leading and innovative Swiss technology company in the Flamatt region, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a customer- and team-oriented personality as Clerk Sales Internal Service & Export (100%), temporary, from now until approx. March 2027.

• Independent and smooth order processing from customer inquiry to on-time delivery.
• Interface function and coordination between customers, supply chain and internal departments to ensure delivery readiness.
• Handling of international transports including complete shipping, customs and export processes (SAP GTS / AEB).
• Processing of customer orders, complaints and returns (RMA).
• Maintenance and optimisation of sales master data as well as management of customer portals.
• Compliance with export regulations and guidelines (e.g. "Known Consignor").

• Completed commercial basic training.
• Several years of professional experience in internal sales or order processing.
• Proven experience in export and international environment.
• Negotiation-level German and very good English skills, spoken and written.
• Confident handling of MS Office applications as well as solid experience with SAP SD (ideally with AEB interface).
• Independent, structured and precise working style as well as pronounced service orientation.
