Plastering / Painting Technician at 100%

We are looking, for one of our clients, an SME in the construction sector located on the outskirts of Geneva, for a Plastering / Painting Technician (M/F) at 100% capable of ensuring the technical and operational follow-up of sites, guaranteeing the quality of services, respect for deadlines, and customer satisfaction.

Your mission

• Prepare, plan and ensure the technical, administrative and financial follow-up of plastering and painting sites.
• Carry out measurements, prepare quotes, tenders and commercial offers.
• Plan the human and material resources necessary for the proper execution of the work.
• Ensure the monitoring of work progress and ensure compliance with deadlines, costs, quality and safety standards.
• Participate in site meetings and maintain relations with clients (MAO), architects, site managers and suppliers.
• Carry out site receptions, lift reservations and ensure the follow-up of additional work.

Your profile

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a plasterer-painter or equivalent training.
• Proven experience of at least 2-3 years in managing plastering and painting sites, ideally in Switzerland.
• Good knowledge of techniques, materials and current standards.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills.
• Ease in team management.
• Driving licence essential.
• Excellent communication skills, customer service orientation, initiative.
