The Mobility and Public Space Planning Service (MAP) is a key player in the challenges related to the development of sustainable mobility and quality public space planning in the capital of Vaud. Main Mission(s)
Carry out the accounting tasks of the service (establish purchase orders, manage billing orders, prepare various statements)
Participate in managing the service's operating budget
Ensure the administrative management of the finance unit
Profile
Federal Certificate of Capacity (CFC) as a commercial employee
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in an accounting assistant position
Knowledge of the functioning of a public administration and/or the construction and civil engineering sector is an asset
Organisational skills and ability to manage activities methodically and efficiently
Proactivity, autonomy, analytical skills and discretion
Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel
