Responsibilities:

• Administratively accompany international customer orders from recording to invoicing

• Independently process and coordinate customer enquiries, complaints, and open issues

• Check, update, and correctly record customer, price, and article master data

• Check invoices, credit notes, and other sales documents for accuracy

• Perform origin calculations and classify goods for customs tariffing

• Collaborate in the development and further development of internal export and import customs clearance processes

• Support the introduction of SAP S/4HANA in international sales both technically and administratively

• Accompany further international projects and contribute to the optimisation of existing processes

Qualifications:

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or a comparable commercial qualification

• Several years of professional experience in international sales administration or order processing

• Good knowledge of export, import, and customs as well as interest in international trade processes

• Further training in customs, foreign trade, or a comparable field is an advantage

• Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office as well as willingness to familiarise oneself with new systems

• Independent, structured working style with the necessary decision-making ability in day-to-day business

• Team-oriented communication and reliable cooperation with internal and external contacts

• Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form; additional languages are welcome
