For our major client in the greater Lucerne area, we are looking for an HR Recruiting specialist.

Tasks

• Responsible for recruiting specialised personnel
• Writing job advertisements, candidate search, interviews
• Supporting line managers in the life-cycle process
• Administration and employee support

Requirements

• Completed commercial basic training, supplemented with HR-relevant further education
• Several years of professional experience in HR and recruiting
• German at native speaker level, any additional language is an advantage
