As a member of the executive committee, the IT Manager defines and implements the IT strategy and the digital transformation roadmap of the organisation. They oversee technological projects, infrastructures, cybersecurity, the deployment of an ERP, as well as supporting teams in adopting new digital tools.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Management and as a member of the executive committee, the IT Manager is responsible for defining, managing, and deploying the organisation's IT and digital strategy.
- Define and execute the IT roadmap in line with the organisation's strategic objectives.
- Manage digital transformation projects and support change management.
- Ensure governance of the information system and monitor the IT budget.
- Define and track performance indicators related to IT services and transformation projects.
- Guarantee IT security, business continuity, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage internal IT resources and coordinate external service providers.
- Supervise infrastructures, business applications, and cloud services.
- Optimise the use of Microsoft 365 and develop collaborative tools.
- Lead the analysis of needs, selection, and deployment of an ERP solution.
- Promote the use of artificial intelligence and identify new innovation opportunities.
- Support users in adopting new tools and best digital practices.
Candidate Profile
- Higher education in computer science, information systems, engineering, or an equivalent field.
- Proven experience in managing IT environments and leading digital transformation projects.
- Successful experience in managing teams and external service providers.
- Excellent mastery of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and modern work environments.
- Experience in selecting and deploying ERP or integrated management solutions.
- Good knowledge of IT infrastructures, networks, cloud, and cybersecurity.
- Understanding of issues related to artificial intelligence and digital innovation.
- Ability to communicate with business stakeholders and translate operational needs into technological solutions.
- Leadership, collaborative spirit, and strong results orientation.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to support change.
- Fluent French and good professional English level.
