Do you enjoy combining technical expertise with human contact? Are you fluent in German in a professional environment and comfortable with technical topics? Then this position could be your next opportunity!

Your tasks:

• Main contact for all after-sales service requests.
• Schedule workshop appointments with work orders.
• Manage replacement vehicles.
• Inspect vehicles for daily deliveries.
• Receive work cards and perform final checks for invoicing.
• Offer additional services to meet specific customer needs.

Your profile:

• Technical or commercial training (with a good technical understanding)
• You communicate fluently and professionally in German
• You know how to manage priorities, are organised, quick and conscientious.
• Experience or interest in the automotive sector is an advantage.
