Store Director (m/f/d) 100%

You are at home in retail, enjoy leading people, and feel equally comfortable on the shop floor as in strategic discussions – then read on.

Your interesting area of responsibility includes, among others:

• Overall responsibility for several departments and product areas of the company
• Direct leadership of several area managers
• Active presence on the sales floor and ensuring a strong customer experience
• Management of sales, budget, and KPIs as well as identification and implementation of optimisation potentials
• Close collaboration with relevant central and leadership functions regarding assortment, product presentation, and strategic orientation
• Promotion and development of employees across all leadership levels

For this position, you bring the following profile:

• Several years of leadership experience in retail, ideally in a large retail format or branch operation with a broad assortment
• Strong commercial flair – you think in terms of sales, margin, and customer experience
• Proactive, assertive personality; approachable, hands-on, with a present leadership style on the floor
• Confident, professional appearance
• Very good German skills; French and English are an advantage
