A 100% Technical Socio-Professional Supervisor (6-Month Fixed-Term Contract)

The Afiro association's missions are professional rehabilitation and adapted employment for people receiving disability insurance benefits. To complete its management team active in a technical production workshop in Aubonne, it is looking for:

Role: Socio-professional supervision of people in adapted employment.

As part of an activity reinforcement, we are looking for a MSP for our powder coating workshop. You will be involved in the preparation, powder paint application, and quality control of metal parts in compliance with technical, quality, and safety requirements.

This role is carried out in collaboration with the locksmithing and multi-services workshop for assembly, fitting, and maintenance activities of various mechanical assemblies intended for industrial applications.

Profile (required skills):

• Federal VET Diploma in a technical field such as polymechanic, automation technician, industrial equipment constructor, or industrial painter
• Technical certificate or social training (MSP) is an advantage
• Proven experience in managing production activities and supervising a work team
• Human, pedagogical, and social skills
• Dynamism and creativity
• Versatility and autonomy
• Proficiency in common IT and office tools
• Knowledge of CAD drawing and programming tools is an asset.
