Abacus HR Consultant (m/f/d)
Role:
We are looking for a personality who does not simply administer HR processes but develops them digitally. The focus is on Abacus HR and payroll as well as consulting on efficient, automated, and user-friendly personnel processes.
Responsibilities:
Consulting and support of companies regarding Abacus HR and payroll
Analysis of existing HR and payroll processes and development of suitable optimisation solutions
Configuration and further development of Abacus HR modules
Support of customers in the introduction and further development of digital HR processes
Assistance with complex questions regarding payroll, personnel administration, and work processes
Execution of system tests and quality assurance
Support during updates, releases, and functional extensions
Creation of practical solution concepts and technical documentation
Conducting training sessions and workshops for users
Close collaboration with project teams on digitalisation and automation initiatives
Qualifications:
Experience with Abacus HR and/or Abacus payroll
Sound knowledge of HR processes or payroll
Strong understanding of business management contexts
Enjoyment of consulting, process optimisation, and customer contact
Analytical thinking and strong solution orientation
Independent and structured working style
Interest in digitalisation and modern HR technologies
Willingness to take responsibility for own customer projects and solutions
