To strengthen our team and support the development of our production activities, we are looking for a:

Your responsibilities

• Participate in the design and realisation of tooling.
• Create 3D models and technical drawings.
• Write and update operating sequences and work instructions.
• Assemble and commission tooling.
• Carry out continuous improvement actions aimed at optimising quality, productivity and costs.
• Participate in drafting qualification protocols and perform tests in collaboration with engineers.
• Participate in handling modification requests.
• Contribute to the commissioning and reliability of production equipment.
• Intervene in case of failure, in collaboration with the Maintenance team.
• Train colleagues on new methods and equipment, and provide technical support to Production.
• Analyse production processes and identify areas for improvement in terms of yield, working time and costs.
• Assist industrialisation engineers in implementing technical solutions on site.

Your profile

• Federal VET Diploma or ES technician diploma in mechanics, microtechnology or equivalent training.
• First successful experience in an industrial environment.
• Experience in the design and implementation of manual, semi-automatic and/or automatic assembly processes, ideally in medium series production.
• Good knowledge of mechanics and micromechanics.
• Basic knowledge of electricity.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software, ideally Solidworks, as well as MS Office tools.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing is an asset.
• You are pragmatic, rigorous, conscientious and enjoy teamwork and collaboration with different departments.
