Tax Specialist for Legal Entities
Our client is an independent consulting firm long established in the Geneva area. Renowned for its expertise and quality of services, it supports a local and international clientele composed of companies, entrepreneurs, executives and wealthy families on tax, fiduciary and wealth management issues.
As part of strengthening its tax team, we are looking for a Tax Specialist wishing to develop in a role with a strong advisory component, working on varied and high value-added technical issues.
Responsibilities
- Support a clientele mainly composed of Swiss and international legal entities.
- Provide regular tax advice on national and cross-border issues.
- Participate in the analysis, structuring and reorganisation of corporate groups.
- Work on tax issues related to international structures.
- Prepare and review tax returns for legal entities.
- Respond to requests from tax authorities and ensure follow-up of files.
- Participate in the preparation of tax rulings.
- Conduct technical research and draft tax opinions.
- Collaborate with various specialists within the firm on complex mandates.
- Occasionally support certain individual cases involving significant wealth and tax issues.
Candidate Profile
- Higher education in taxation, law, finance or accounting.
- Proven experience in Swiss taxation.
- Strong knowledge of corporate taxation.
- Good understanding of financial statements, accounting mechanisms and their tax implications.
- LL.M Tax or Expert Tax Advisor diploma in progress is an asset.
- Strong interest in advisory activities and complex technical issues.
- Good interpersonal skills and client orientation.
- Fluent French and professional English.
