Although small in size, our structure offers the full range of services of a large fiduciary: accounting, taxation, payroll management, auditing, consulting, business valuation, restructuring, transfer and support of companies and their managers.

To support our growth, we wish to strengthen our team and are looking for a:
FIDUCIARY MANDATE MANAGER 60% – 100%
Your tasks:
Within a small team and in direct contact with our clients, you will notably be responsible for:
- ensuring the maintenance and monitoring of accounts for companies in various sectors;
- participating in the preparation of annual closures and financial statements;
- preparing VAT returns;
- preparing tax declarations for individuals and legal entities;
- managing salaries, social charges and various administrative procedures related to personnel;
- participating in the preparation of periodic reports;
- ensuring the administrative follow-up and routine management of your files;
- gradually supporting our clients in their various accounting, tax and administrative issues;
- depending on your experience and interests, participating in auditing, valuation, restructuring or business transfer mandates.
Your profile:
Ideally, you have:
- a recognised higher education, completed or ongoing, in accounting, finance or fiduciary (Federal Certificate, Bachelor, Federal Diploma of Expert Accountant or Fiduciary Expert, or an equivalent qualification);
- professional experience in a fiduciary or with a tax authority;
- excellent interpersonal skills and a taste for client contact;
- excellent knowledge of accounting, taxation, VAT and payroll management;
- good command of IT tools and a genuine interest in new technologies;
- a good sense of organisation and priorities;
- the ability to work independently while appreciating teamwork.
