Dispatcher Heating Service 80 - 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You and the 17-member team are responsible for receiving customer enquiries such as commissioning, malfunctions or maintenance and you carry out an initial technical qualification.

• You coordinate the orders taking into account the urgency and workload of the service technicians and forward them to the appropriate colleagues.

• Your organisational talent comes into play when you create deployment plans for up to 30 service technicians.

• You are also mathematically skilled and responsible for opening, scheduling and timely monitoring of all service orders.

• The timely scheduling and execution of revision orders is also within your area of responsibility.

• You keep an overview by continuously processing electronically received work reports.

• Additionally, you ensure that our systems are always up to date by regularly maintaining and opening master data.

The position starts immediately and is limited to 6 months (option for permanent employment exists)

What do I need to be successful?

• Completed technical or commercial training and a strong affinity for other disciplines

• Experience in dispatching

• You like to take responsibility, are stress-resistant (high volume) and have good communication skills

• SAP knowledge
