State Human Resources Service (SRHE)
The SRHE plays a central role within the cantonal administration. As a transversal actor, it addresses all State personnel, service management as well as the State Council and its members. To contribute to the continuous improvement of public service quality, it implements and develops human resources management (HRM) policy.
Your tasks
Whether at reception or on the phone, you create a warm and professional connection with each interlocutor.
At the heart of the recruitment process, you ensure administrative coordination with rigour and responsiveness. From publishing job offers to their dissemination on social networks, you ensure their visibility. You manage applications attentively, respond to service requests and support each step with precision.
In parallel, you handle essential administrative tasks such as mail processing, correspondence drafting and electronic filing. Thus, you contribute to the smooth running of the service by ensuring reliable and efficient administrative follow-up.
Your profile
You hold a Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee as well as a commercial maturity certificate. Your background has ideally allowed you to gain initial experience in human resources (HR), or to develop administrative skills related to the requirements of the role. The HR manager certificate is an advantage for this position.
You have excellent writing skills and impeccable spelling, reflecting your rigour and professionalism. Comfortable with everyday IT tools, you use them efficiently and autonomously.

Only applications corresponding to a 50% workload will be considered. This workload requires mandatory presence all day on Fridays.
