The Architecture Service is tasked with managing architectural projects involving renovation, transformation, or construction while considering success objectives. It provides architectural services under an internal mandate for small to medium-sized projects from the preliminary study phase through to the completion of warranty works. In this context, the Architecture Service (SDA) is seeking a:
Project Manager - Architect at 80%
Your main responsibilities
- Manage architectural projects involving renovation, transformation, or construction. Provide architectural services under an internal mandate, particularly concerning preliminary studies. Prepare notes, opinions, and reports (technical, needs justification files) to enable political bodies to make decisions. Contribute to handling files related to built heritage and those concerning building regulations.
Your profile
- You are a HES or EPF architect or hold an equivalent recognised qualification;
- You have at least 5 years of experience managing significant and/or complex projects.
- You possess good knowledge of public procurement legislation.
- You have advanced IT skills in MS Project, Word, and Excel software.
- You have a sensitivity to quality architecture and respect for built heritage.
- You have a strong capacity for expertise in relation to your peers' work.
- You are able to assert yourself as a leader in your field.
- You have the ability to lead multidisciplinary meetings.
- Experience representing the client would be an asset.
