Our Patient and Service Management (PLM) covers all administrative aspects from hospital admission to discharge, including service recording, invoicing, and the management of the entire cost approval process. For our dynamic and agile team, we are looking for a committed individual who is ready to tackle the exciting challenges with full dedication. In the role of Specialist, you will significantly contribute to analysing and optimising our processes, work interdisciplinarily, and share your knowledge within the team. This way, you make a valuable contribution to the quality and efficiency of our procedures and strengthen collaboration between different departments. Additionally, you will support our team in the monthly invoicing process.

Your tasks

• Together with the team, you are responsible for the timely and correct invoicing of outpatient, partial inpatient, and inpatient patient services
• You carry out the monthly closing tasks (revenue deferrals, validations, reporting, etc.)
• You assist with the year-end closing tasks and ensure their careful and timely implementation
• Furthermore, you contribute to the implementation and further development of the internal control system (ICS)
• Together with the team, you identify and realise process optimisations and develop new, efficient solutions
• You create and maintain documentation and ensure high quality and data integrity through targeted controls
• You work closely with various internal and external interfaces, thereby contributing to efficient and reliable financial processes

Your profile

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or hold a comparable qualification
• You are motivated and have a strong IT affinity as well as an interest in participating in projects and digitalisation processes
• You can quickly familiarise yourself with new application landscapes and proactively contribute to process optimisations
• You are characterised by high initiative, interconnected thinking skills, and a quick grasp
• Service orientation, communication skills, and enjoyment of a dynamic environment are among your strengths
• Practical experience with the SAP system is an advantage
