Branch Manager - Villars
Your main responsibilities:
- proactively manage and develop your client portfolio,
- advise your clients on current account management, investment, real estate financing and insurance,
- lead, monitor and develop your team,
- contribute to identifying and acquiring new clients for Private Banking and corporate clients,
- promote the Bank among local stakeholders as well as within your professional and private circles,
- ensure perfect control of operational risks.
Your profile:
- banking or commercial training,
- several years of experience managing a portfolio of individual banking clients,
- mastery of Swiss banking products and services, ideally complemented by the SAQ certification of "Individual Client Advisor",
- experience in leading a sales team,
- commercial sense, result orientation, autonomy and organisational rigour,
- perfect command of French, good knowledge of English.
This role may be entrusted to a person not residing in Villars.
