2x8 Satin Finishing Operator-Setter (M/F)

On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a 2x8 Satin Finishing Operator-Setter (M/F).

Your future responsibilities:

• You will perform semi-automatic satin finishing of movement components.
• You will prepare your tools and adjust the machine settings according to the operating sequences.
• You will ensure the aesthetic finishing of the parts in strict compliance with high watchmaking criteria.
• You will carry out the aesthetic and dimensional self-inspection of your parts (under binocular microscope and microscope).
• You will report any non-conformity observed to your supervisor.

Your profile:

• You have proven experience in a similar position in watchmaking (machine satin finishing).
• You possess excellent manual dexterity, great precision and a keen aesthetic sensitivity.
• You are comfortable with reading plans and common control instruments.
• You demonstrate rigour, patience, team spirit and good adaptability.
• You are available quickly.
• You are interested in 2x8 shift schedules.
