• Independent management of property accounting
• Preparation of heating and ancillary cost statements and financial statements
• Ongoing liquidity monitoring and cash management
• Debtor and creditor management

• Proven experience in property accounting is essential
• Ability to understand complexity and maintain an overview
• Service orientation and flair for numbers
• Garaio REM knowledge is an advantage
• Very good German skills, French is an advantage

• Work locations possible in Ostermundigen, Fribourg, Rotkreuz or Härkingen
• Up to 40% home office possible
