As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a Technical and Infrastructure Manager to oversee the operation and maintenance of our technical infrastructures. A true technical reference, you ensure the availability, compliance and performance of the installations while guaranteeing the safety of occupants and controlling operating costs.
Our client has mandated us to assist in recruiting their future Technical and Infrastructure Manager (M/F).
A recognised player in their sector, they manage a real estate portfolio and strategic technical infrastructures requiring high expertise in maintenance, operation and project management. As part of the development of their activities and the strengthening of their organisation, they wish to integrate an experienced professional capable of guaranteeing the performance, sustainability and compliance of their installations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the technical and operational management of infrastructures and equipment.
- Define and implement preventive and corrective maintenance strategies.
- Manage renovation, transformation and infrastructure improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulatory and environmental requirements.
- Supervise and coordinate external contractors as well as internal technical teams.
- Develop, manage and monitor operating and investment budgets.
- Establish performance indicators and provide regular reporting to management.
- Identify technical risks and propose appropriate solutions.
- Participate in defining the organisation’s asset and technical strategy.
- Lead and support teams in their development.
Candidate Profile
- Higher technical education (Engineer, HES, ES or equivalent).
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in technical management of buildings, infrastructures or complex installations.
- Proven experience in managing technical teams.
- Excellent knowledge of maintenance, operation and project management professions.
- Good command of current regulations related to buildings and infrastructures.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Leadership, organisational skills and results orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
