The AccEnt measure (Support in Business) is a service of the Vaud Youth Assistance Centre.
Since 2006, AccEnt has been supporting beneficiaries of the FORJAD programme on behalf of the Directorate
of Integration and Solidarity of the canton of Vaud. The mission of the AccEnt collaborators ·rices is to support its beneficiaries in successfully completing their professional training through individualised follow-up.
To successfully carry out its mission, we are looking for two:
Team Leader
Your role
As branch manager, you ensure the management of activities and the leadership of a team of around a dozen collaborators. Delegated by the service management, you are responsible for the quality of services, the smooth running of the branch, and their alignment with the AccEnt intervention framework and relevant public policies.
In this capacity, you:
- lead, coordinate and support your team daily, ensuring clarity of framework, responsibilities and priorities, and fostering a positive and constructive dynamic;
- guarantee the quality of services, ensure continuous evaluation and compliance with the intervention framework;
- support collaborators in their missions, encourage the development of their skills and mobilise their participation and the use of collective intelligence in analysing situations and finding solutions;
- manage the human and financial resources of the branch, respecting current processes and regulations;
- actively contribute to the AccEnt service strategy by managing local projects and participating in cross-cutting projects.
Your skills and experience
- University degree in the field of human sciences or a university of applied sciences in social work, ideally complemented by a DAS-level training in social institution management or an equivalent qualification; at least a CAS in team management is required;
- Proven experience in team management and experience supporting young people in difficulty;
- Good knowledge of the Vaud professional training system and Vaud social policy, specifically the FORJAD programme;
- Recognised for your leadership, listening skills, ability to unite and interpersonal ease, you enjoy teamwork and know how to foster a collective dynamic;
- Possessing excellent organisational and communication skills, you know how to clarify issues, analyse them and present them clearly;
- You are proficient with common IT tools (MS Office).
Workplace: one position in Lausanne and one position in Vevey
Start date: immediately or to be agreed
