As a first-tier supplier to our renowned business partner, F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd. in Basel, we are immediately seeking a motivated and committed GxP Training Compliance Support for a temporary assignment of 1 year, with the option of extension.
As compliance support in the training area, the person works in the technical department at the Basel or Kaiseraugst site. They are responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the biotechnological, chemical, and galenic production facilities of the Pharma Division at the Basel and Kaiseraugst plants. Additionally, the technical department is responsible for the GMP-compliant operation of infrastructure facilities and site supply systems. The "GxP Training" department is looking for suitable candidates with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in training and compliance/quality assurance in pharmaceutical, chemical, or biotechnological facilities and very good GMP knowledge.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Administrative support of training measures arising from local and global requirements as well as collaboration in the implementation of the necessary training concepts.
- Development of training materials and assistance in organising training sessions.
- Support of client departments in implementing the training strategy.
- Active exchange with the training organisations of our clients.
- Management of the Learning Management System Cornerstone.
- Support in project activities.
Must Haves
- Completed training or degree in a pharmaceutical company.
- At least 3-5 years of practical experience in administration, quality assurance, and training in pharmaceutical, chemical, or biotechnological facilities.
- Sufficient experience with the Learning Management System Cornerstone is required.
- Extensive professional experience in a GMP-regulated working environment.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Team player with excellent communication skills combined with the ability to build effective and trusting relationships with colleagues and employees at different levels.
- Independent and self-reliant handling of complex tasks as well as reliable enforcement of agreed priorities.
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form. Good English skills are an advantage.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications.
