Finance & Payroll Specialist (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF100,000 - 110,000Role:
A specialised Swiss service company in the field of security and protection, providing various services for companies, institutions and public clients.
The scope of activities includes security and order services, personal and property protection, transport and escort services as well as tasks in the areas of traffic and events.
Employees can take on responsibility in a dynamic environment and apply their organisational, communicative and professional skills in a versatile manner.
Responsibilities:
You take on a central role at the interface between payroll and finance and ensure correct and timely payroll processing in Abacus.
Compliance with employment contract and collective labour agreement requirements in the security services sector is part of your responsibilities, as is ongoing financial accounting.
You manage creditors, support invoicing and dunning processes, and ensure quarterly VAT returns.
As part of financial closings, you prepare quarterly and annual financial statements, create annual accounts and accompany audits by various control bodies.
Additionally, you handle liquidity planning and budgeting processes, thereby supporting the company’s financial management.
Qualifications:
A commercial basic education with further training in finance and accounting.
You bring several years of experience in payroll responsibility and have a good understanding of Swiss payroll administration.
You are very proficient in Abacus and familiar not only with payroll accounting but also with creditors/debtors, personnel and order management.
You work confidently with Office 365 and have a strong flair for numbers and business contexts.
You have excellent written and spoken German skills.
