CET Project Manager / Technical Lots

On behalf of a major player in construction in French-speaking Switzerland, we are looking for a CET Project Manager with significant and essential experience in General Contracting on large-scale projects. Strong on-site experience is crucial: we seek a professional with a perfect understanding of execution realities, ideally with particularly solid expertise in building thermal and energy performance.

Your missions

• Manage the technical lots on large-scale projects;
• Coordinate, monitor and challenge contractors, engineering firms, specialised companies and subcontractors;
• Analyse studies, technical solutions, variants and proposals and verify their feasibility on site;
• Ensure monitoring of execution, costs, deadlines, quality and performance of installations;
• Participate in tenders, analyse bids and select technical partners;
• Ensure consistency between studies and real execution constraints;
• Monitor issues related to thermal, energy and building performance;
• Integrate cantonal requirements related to energy, labels, subsidies and connections;
• Ensure interface with clients, architects, contractors and companies.

Profile sought

• Higher technical education in the field of Climate & Energy Engineering
• Mandatory and significant experience in General Contracting, gained on large-scale projects;
• Essential on-site experience, with real mastery of execution and coordination issues of technical lots;
• About 10 years of experience in construction, including 5 years in French-speaking Switzerland;
• Good knowledge of local players: contractors, subcontractors, architects and technical companies;
• Ability to analyse, question and challenge solutions proposed by various stakeholders;
• Pragmatic, autonomous and solution-oriented profile, able to link studies, execution and project issues.
