Internal Sales Consultant (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF75,000 - 85,000Modern solutions for water heating, heat pumps and heating – our Rocken partner develops and sells innovative building technology systems. Role:
In this role, you advise and support customers by phone regarding the entire product range. You develop individual solutions, process orders and quotations, and ensure smooth handling of orders and invoicing. With your commitment, you support both the internal sales team and the colleagues in the field service.
Responsibilities:
Telephone advice to customers and development of technical solutions
Creation and follow-up of quotations and orders
Processing of orders and execution of invoicing
Maintenance of customer master data and completion of administrative tasks
Support of field service and collaboration with internal departments
Qualifications:
Completed basic training in sanitary, heating or electrical fields
Professional experience in a similar role or motivation to switch to office work
Enjoyment of customer contact and resilience in hectic situations
Confident handling of MS Office
Further training in sales is an advantage
Very good German skills, Italian and/or French skills desired
Service-oriented, independent and team-capable personality with a positive attitude
