Payroll Specialist - Financial Sector 60-80% (m/f/d)

- Responsibility for correct and timely payroll processing
- Handling employee entries, exits, and changes to employee data
- Monitoring and accounting of social security contributions and withholding taxes
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll accounts
- Contact person for employees and managers on all payroll-related questions
- Maintenance and updating of employee master data in the Abacus system
- Collaboration with external bodies such as social security and tax authorities
Qualifications:
- Completed commercial basic training
- Further training in payroll, e.g. Federal Certificate of Competence in Payroll Accounting or Diploma in Finance and Accounting
- Good knowledge of the Abacus system
- Several years of professional experience in payroll accounting
- Confident application of Swiss social security and tax laws
- Team player with a strong service orientation
- Very good German skills, English skills advantageous
