A versatile socio-professional instructor at 80%

Orif is present in French-speaking Switzerland with 10 training sites and more than 560 employees. To strengthen its teams, we are looking for the Sion site:

Mission:

• Provide practical and theoretical training to beneficiaries in specialised training
• Support beneficiaries directly in a partner company
• Find internship placements and ensure follow-up
• Develop and implement individualised socio-professional projects
• Write reports for the placement office
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Support teams in other sectors as needed

Profile and skills:

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as retail manager or equivalent qualification
• Trainer in-company training required
• Socio-professional instructor training is an asset
• Dynamic, exemplary personality with a creative mind
• Flexibility, autonomy and stress resistance
• Good writing skills and proficiency in IT tools
