Executive Education HEC Lausanne is the continuing education platform of the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Lausanne. Executive Education HEC Lausanne designs and operates continuing education programmes (CAS, DAS, MAS, short programmes and tailor-made programmes) for managers and professionals.
To complete its team, Executive Education HEC Lausanne is looking for a:
Communication & Alumni Relations Specialist (80%)
Position Information
Start date: 1st December or to be agreed
Contract duration: 1 year, renewable
Work rate: 80% (Flexibility required on specific days, notably for occasional events)
Workplace: Lausanne - Chamberonne
Purpose of the position: To contribute to the promotion, visibility and development of Executive Education HEC Lausanne. The post holder ensures the platform's presence and engagement on social networks (community management, copywriting and e-reputation) and animates the Alumni community through the organisation of events and the development of dedicated activities. Supporting the Marketing & Sales team, they also participate in daily activities and the organisation of major platform projects. The position reports directly to the Head of Marketing & Sales.

- Social networks & Community management: Coordinate the platform's presence and engagement strategy on social networks, in line with the overall marketing strategy. Manage community management, copywriting and e-reputation, create high value-added content and analyse the performance of actions taken;
- Alumni Community & Events: Design, plan and organise the annual Alumni events programme (networking meetings, conferences, afterworks, class reunions, etc.) and manage logistics from start to finish. Animate the community throughout the year, develop new activity and service formats, maintain partnerships and exploit the Alumni database (CRM);
- Marketing & Sales: Independently promote the platform's continuing education programmes and recruit participants: respond to prospect enquiries, conduct prospecting and mailing campaigns, update and analyse the contact database in the CRM;
- Marketing and administrative support: Assist the Marketing & Sales team in its regular activities and support it during the organisation of major projects (academic year start, graduation ceremonies, etc.)
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in marketing and/or communication recognised or equivalent training
- Minimum 3 years' experience in communication, sales and/or marketing
- Advanced experience in social networks, event management and telephone prospecting (cold calling, etc.)
- Proficiency in customer relationship management tools (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.), event tools (Calendly, Outlook, etc.) and content generation tools (AI, etc.)
- Excellent writing skills
- Excellent command of French and English
- Commercial mindset, creativity and analytical skills
- Autonomy, rigour, service and organisational skills, stress resistance
- Availability for occasional evening or weekend events, as well as regular travel (fairs, conferences)
- Project management training, knowledge of the continuing education market and a strong interest in the field of education are assets
