Join our team for the 2027 season!

To strengthen our nursery team, we are looking for passionate horticulturists, sensitive to the beauty of plants, who enjoy sharing their knowledge and supporting customers at the heart of our garden centre.

Your responsibilities:

• Welcome, advise and assist our customers in choosing plants and complementary items
• Ensure the maintenance and enhancement of plants: watering, pruning, care and presentation
• Manage customer orders as well as stock follow-up and organisation
• Actively contribute to the friendly atmosphere and attractiveness of the nursery
• Share your knowledge and convey your passion for plants to our customers

Your profile:

• Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as horticulturist, nurseryman or equivalent training
• Excellent knowledge of plants and genuine interest in horticulture
• Experience in garden centres, nurseries or sales is an asset
• Comfortable with IT tools
• Service-oriented, confident in customer contact and enjoys advising clients
• Team spirit and desire to actively contribute to nursery life

Job conditions:

• Fixed-term contracts
• 100% workload

• Location: Gland (VD)
• Work on Saturdays, as well as during special openings (Sundays and public holidays)
