Your Responsibilities

• Ensure the proper functioning and availability of equipment, production means and tools.

• Provide your technical expertise to production teams and participate in their support and skills development.

• Identify and implement continuous improvement actions concerning products and processes.

• Take part in the production launch and qualification of new products as well as the integration of new equipment.

• Analyse issues encountered on site and actively participate in resolving quality discrepancies.

• Lead working groups and coordinate actions to improve the workshop’s efficiency and performance.

• Collaborate closely with various departments and ensure smooth communication with the relevant contacts.

Your Profile

• Training as a Technician ES or HES Engineer, ideally in mechanics or microtechnology.

• Comfortable with IT tools related to production monitoring and performance management (ERP, production management tools).

• Strong interest in field activities and continuous improvement projects.

• Initiative, rigour and organisational skills.

• Good analytical, synthesis and problem-solving abilities.

• Ease in facilitation, listening and communication.

• Team spirit, adaptability and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.

This position offers a cross-functional and operational role, in direct contact with teams and production realities. You will have the opportunity to contribute concretely to process improvement, technical problem resolution and the evolution of production means.
