jobgate ag is a personnel services company based in Aarau, specialising in the placement and leasing of skilled personnel in the fields of mechanics, technology, IT, commercial professions, logistics, timber construction, chemistry and the construction ancillary trades.
On behalf of our client, we are looking for several sales back office clerks and order processors (a) from 1 April 2026.
Responsibilities / Main Tasks
- Overall responsibility for the processing of orders and projects - from ordering to on-time delivery
- Responsibility for national invoicing
- Active collaboration with the sales team in daily operational business
- Support in the creation and processing of offers and projects for customers and trading partners in Switzerland
- Independent management of the delivery delay process including monitoring and follow-up of confirmed delivery dates
- Interface function between customers, sales, operations and logistics
- Written and telephone communication with European partner companies
- Handling complaints and service cases in close coordination with the after-sales department
- Reception and care of spontaneous visitors in the showroom
- Participation in the telephone switchboard team
Qualifications / Requirements
- Completed commercial basic training
- Several years of professional experience in customer service, ideally from manufacturing companies
- Confident in administrative processes and invoicing
- Very good German and English skills, French skills are an advantage
- Good IT skills
- Structured, precise and independent working style
- Reliable, communicative and customer-oriented personality with quality awareness and enjoyment of customer contact
