Sales Back Office Clerk / SAP Key User

For our successful client in the Greater Zurich area, we are immediately seeking a Sales Back Office Clerk and SAP Key User 100%

Tasks

• Independent management of key accounts
• Quotation processing, price calculations, orders and changes in SAP/Shopware
• Creating evaluations in Excel
• SAP Key User, first level support
• Checking EDI interfaces and troubleshooting
• Hub function between internal and external partners
• Conducting tests and co-managing the special project SAP Hana S4

Requirements

• Completed commercial training
• 3-5 years professional experience in sales back office
• Very good SAP knowledge from sales back office, very good Excel skills
• Networked thinking, very IT-savvy
• Experience with online connections is an advantage
• French language skills are a great plus
