Project Manager at 100% for a Major Organisation!
About the Role
Our client, a major company in Geneva, is looking for a project manager to expand their team and support them on key renovation projects.
You will join a multidisciplinary team where you will be trained before quickly taking charge of various needs. For this position, you will have a comprehensive role where you will handle preparations from pre-project stages through to the execution of works, ensuring project management and coordination of the various trades.
This will be an opportunity for you to manage diverse projects by coordinating all stakeholders to guarantee the success of these renovations!
Tasks
- Manage pre-project preparations (feasibility studies, technical plans...)
- Be responsible for project management for several renovation or extension projects
- Monitor the progress of works
- Lead external contractors and ensure logistical support
- Coordinate the various trades on simultaneous projects
We Are Looking For
- You hold a qualification in architecture, civil engineering or a similar field
- You have one or more experiences in project management and project ownership in Switzerland
- You are proficient with common IT tools
- You have very good knowledge of SIA standards (a real plus)
