Production Employee & Deputy Production Manager

Do you like to get stuck in and take responsibility? In this versatile role, you actively work in production while simultaneously supporting production management with planning, organisation, and administration. Become part of a committed team and actively shape our processes as well as daily operations.

What you will achieve

• You are flexibly deployable in all production areas (cutting, preparation, freezer, and order picking)
• You support purchasing and order management
• You consistently implement our internal quality, hygiene, and safety guidelines
• You assist the production manager with administrative tasks and production planning
• You deputise for the production manager during their absence
• You actively coordinate and organise daily business

What you bring

• Education: Completed vocational training (EFZ)
• Specialisation: Butcher/Butcheress
• Professional experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in meat processing
• Several years of professional experience in a production company
• Initial leadership experience or willingness to take on leadership responsibility
• High quality and responsibility awareness
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Confident use of common MS Office applications
• German (C1)
