Solution Preparation Technician (M/F)

Temporary contract until the end of 2027
Start: October 2026
Based in: Yverdon-les-Bains
 

• Preparation (Solution Making): Perform material weighing and solution preparation (media, buffers) according to ultra-strict procedures.

• Sterile Logistics: Manage all production equipment: receipt, distribution, cleaning, autoclaving of reusable equipment. You are the guarantor of sterility!

• Control & Quality: Conduct In-Process Controls (IPC) and accurately document all activities in cGMP systems.

• Improvement: Actively contribute to operational excellence (5S, GEMBA) and ensure the cleanliness of the area.

Your Profile:

• Education: CFC or equivalent technical/scientific training (DUT/BTS, Bachelor HES) - e.g. precision mechanics, microtechnology, logistics or food industry.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in a demanding and regulated production environment (food, chemical, pharma, etc.).

• Strong Points: Experience using washing machines, autoclaves, stock management (Kanban) and material transfers.

• Personal Qualities: Absolute rigour in applying procedures, autonomy and excellent team spirit.

• Flexibility: Must be available for shift work (including weekends depending on organisation).
