Your tasks

• Member of the management and participation in the strategic and organisational development at office and department level
• Professional and personnel management of a small team in the areas of administration, accounting, IT and digitalisation
• Responsibility for accounting including budget, annual financial statements and business report in cooperation with the office management
• Lead role in coordinating, prioritising and further developing IT and digitalisation topics
• Support of the office management in personnel and project management as well as ensuring administrative and organisational processes

Your profile

• Commercial training with further education as an accounting clerk; a university of applied sciences degree, even in another field, is an advantage
• Proven leadership experience as well as a cooperative and appreciative leadership style
• Additional knowledge or qualifications in the areas of human resources, law, IT and digitalisation are an advantage
• Willingness to take on additional tasks and areas of responsibility
• Confident written expression skills and experience in drafting demanding administrative and legal correspondence
• Strong organisational talent, flexibility as well as very good communication skills and high social competence
• High sense of responsibility, reliability, resilience and assertiveness
• Enjoyment of change as well as the ability to actively shape and drive developments forward
