Consultant Payroll 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

Our client is seeking support in the payroll area. You will jointly manage the payroll accounting for various national and international companies based in Switzerland together with experienced specialists. You will be in direct contact with clients and advise them on questions regarding payroll. With increasing practical experience and growing expertise, you will gradually take on more responsibility and handle increasingly complex issues in the payroll area.

What do I need to be successful?

• You are passionate about payroll topics and want to specifically expand your expertise in social security, withholding taxes, cross-border employment relationships (e.g. expatriates), and employee participation

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and have initial experience in payroll accounting, fiduciary services, or a comparable environment

• You have a strong affinity for IT applications, possess very good Excel skills, and use them efficiently in your daily work. Initial experience with Abacus is a plus

• You work carefully, reliably, and keep an overview even with complex tasks

• You appreciate direct client contact and bring a strong team orientation

• You communicate confidently in German and have good English skills
