HVAC Maintenance Team Leader

On behalf of a group specialised in technical building maintenance, established throughout Switzerland, we are looking for an HVAC Maintenance Team Leader.

Your tasks

• Supervise and coordinate a team of HVAC technicians.
• Organise and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance interventions.
• Provide technical support and fault diagnosis.
• Ensure quality, deadlines, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Track interventions via the CMMS.
• Act as the technical contact for clients and coordinate subcontractors if necessary.

Your profile

• Technical training in HVAC, heating, ventilation, air conditioning or equivalent.
• Proven experience in HVAC maintenance, with initial experience in team management or coordination.
• Autonomy, leadership, rigour and a customer service mindset.
• Driving licence essential.
• Experience in Switzerland and knowledge of regulation/BMS are an advantage.
