Lead Expansion & Lease Switzerland

Tasks You Will Enjoy

Implementation of the expansion strategy with a focus on new openings and optimisation of existing locations for our retail and food service formats in Switzerland
Search, analysis and evaluation of new locations regarding their profitability and suitability
Management of the leasing department, monitoring of SOX controls and maintenance of contracts in the Tradenet system
Negotiation and conclusion of lease agreements with landlords and owners to ensure optimal conditions
Professional and disciplinary leadership of the expansion and leasing team (expansion as well as administrative support in lease management) to implement the expansion strategy
Coordination and management of projects related to the opening of new sales outlets
Conducting market analyses and competitor monitoring to identify trends and expansion opportunities
Preparation and monitoring of budgets for expansion projects as well as ensuring compliance with financial requirements
Collaboration with internal departments (including construction, sales, facility management and controlling), external partners and authorities to efficiently support the expansion process

Proven experience in a comparable position with a focus on expansion and lease management in retail and convenience business
Strong entrepreneurial spirit, high customer orientation and assertiveness as well as experience in leading teams
Independent, structured working style as well as strategic and networked thinking
Enjoyment in facing new challenges repeatedly and working in a dynamic environment
Fluent German and good English skills, French is an advantage
