As part of the development of our branch in Vuadens (FR) and to continue raising our standards of quality and innovation, we are looking for a passionate and experienced REAL ESTATE PROJECT MANAGER at 100%.

Your mission

• Represent the client in dealings with contractors during the development and monitoring phases of new real estate projects, transformations, and renovations

• Ensure the operational management of real estate projects under delegated client authority

• Assist the Real Estate and Architecture Manager in managing budget envelopes

• Conduct feasibility studies and develop small-scale architectural projects in support of the Architecture unit

• Ensure compliance with current standards in the development of real estate projects

Your key skills

• You hold a degree in architecture HES/EPF or equivalent

• You have at least 3 years’ experience in real estate project management and at least 3 years in an architectural office

• You possess excellent teamwork, communication, and coordination skills

• You are precise and rigorous

• You are proficient with common IT tools as well as the ArchiCad programme
