Your mission

• Manage and coordinate large-scale civil engineering sites
• Ensure the quality and compliance of works with current standards and plans
• Effectively manage teams on site to guarantee deadlines are met
• Ensure the maintenance of safety and environmental protection standards
• Proactively resolve problems and adapt to unforeseen site issues

Your skills

• Federal foreman certificate or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience in a foreman role in civil engineering, preferably with a minimum of 3 years’ experience
• Exemplary ability to work in a team and create a climate of trust
• Marked autonomy in project execution
• Good communication skills with the team
