The University of Lausanne Management is looking for its CIVIS Unit (European University Alliance) and the faculty associated with the programme, a:
CIVIS AI Master Coordinator
Position Information
Start date: 1 October 2026 or date to be agreed
Contract duration: Fixed-term contract until 30 September 2028
Work rate: 60-80%
Workplace: Unicentre, Lausanne-Dorigny
Your Activities
- Support the academic and pedagogical development of the CIVIS AI Master in support of the UNIL teaching staff
- Coordinate the participation of UNIL faculties in the programme, in compliance with internal regulations and the applicable legal framework
- Plan the activities of governance bodies (Programme Board) and ensure their smooth operation, in coordination with CIVIS partners
- Lead the preparation and formalisation of consortium agreements related to the CIVIS AI Master
Your Profile
- Master’s level university education
- Additional training in project management and/or network facilitation, a plus
- Proven professional experience in the academic environment, preferably with an international dimension (3 years)
- Experience in designing and implementing transnational training projects (3 years)
- Fluency in French, spoken/written, and excellent knowledge of English (C1)
- Knowledge of the Swiss and European academic landscape, understanding of its challenges, good knowledge of UNIL
- Social skills: diplomacy, ease in contacts, openness, flexibility and ability to find solutions, initiative
- Conceptual and technical skills: creativity, ease in writing, analytical mind, planning and organisational skills
