Do you hold a Federal VET Diploma as a sales assistant or a Federal VET Diploma as a costume maker?

Do you have at least 5 years of proven experience in sales?

Do you have 3 years’ experience in team management?

DEMARCHE is looking for a

Your duties

You will be responsible for a sales & rental point, Ateapic location, which creates and rents costumes and fancy dress and you will supervise a team of people in employment-training.

Team supervision and training

• Ensure the supervision and coordination of the team’s activities by organising, distributing and controlling the work
• Develop the professional and personal skills of beneficiaries and promote their re/integration into the labour market
• Train and coach on specific topics related to the sector’s activities
• Set objectives and assess beneficiaries’ skills
• Prepare and participate in evaluation interviews with HR advisers

Management of Ateapic Location

• Control the cash registers and the quality of customer service
• Develop and then manage the implementation of the new cash register software in collaboration with the IT team
• Organise, tidy and manage the stock of costumes & accessories
• Advise and guide customers
• Establish, monitor and control rental contracts
• Review collaboration with professional performing arts clients and adapt rental conditions to increase turnover
• Implement communication actions to increase the notoriety of Ateapic Location in collaboration with web marketing
