Communication and Events Assistant,
Including the following tasks:
Communication Service: Assist the service manager with
- Coordinating the preparation, implementation and follow-up of short and long-term communication and information actions, in collaboration with various internal and external partners,
- Producing, updating and distributing communication materials related to all the activities of the Municipality, mainly events (paper and digital versions),
- Adapting content and materials according to target audiences,
- Managing and updating the Municipality's website, social media, as well as fixed and digital information boards.
Events Service: Assist the service manager with
- Participating in the preparation, coordination and follow-up of organised events, such as graduation parties, National Day, Children’s Day, travelling theatre, concerts, festivals, open-air cinema, summer sports, etc.,
- Providing administrative support (correspondence, minutes, invitations, mail merges),
- Researching and contacting suitable service providers for various projects,
- Managing, coordinating and being present on the day of the event.
Your profile:
- Holder of a university degree or an equivalent qualification,
- At least 5 years of professional experience in event organisation as well as in the field of information and communication,
- You are particularly comfortable with IT and communication tools; additional training related to information technologies and video creation would be an asset,
- Perfect command of the French language and excellent writing skills,
- Versatile, organised, creative and autonomous; you have a sense of responsibility and priorities, know how to anticipate situations, take initiatives and find pragmatic solutions to problems,
- Good adaptability even during busy periods, you accept working irregular hours according to the event schedule (evenings, weekends),
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills,
- Resident on the right bank of the lake.
