Your Tasks

• You independently manage the financial accounting of the companies assigned to you and are responsible for the periodic financial statements as well as tax-related matters.
• You are responsible for preparing the annual financial statements of the companies assigned to you and ensure timely and high-quality processing.
• You support the annual audit and act as a competent contact person for internal and external audit bodies.
• You ensure the implementation and continuous development of the internal control system (ICS) within your area of responsibility.
• Together with internal departments, you ensure an efficient and smooth debt collection process.
• You work closely with internal departments and act as a competent contact person for finance-related questions.
• You support and accompany projects as well as cross-departmental initiatives in the financial environment.
• You share responsibility for the maintenance and development of the interface between SYRIUS and SAP and support finance-specific questions and processes.
• You participate in the booking control of the core system SYRIUS and carry out system tests.
• You actively contribute to the optimisation and further development of financial processes and systems.

Your Profile

• You have a commercial basic education and several years of experience in financial accounting in a similar position
• You hold the Swiss Federal Certificate in Finance and Accounting and/or the Swiss Federal Diploma as a Business Economist HF
• You are proficient in MS Office products and ideally have experience with SAP and SYRIUS
• You like to take responsibility and are characterised by an independent and reliable working style
• You have a strong flair for numbers and work with high accuracy and care
