Our Fribourg team is looking to expand.
As part of our new building construction projects, we wish to recruit a TCE site manager.
Responsibilities
- Plan, award, organise and coordinate the work on our building construction projects in the canton of Fribourg
- Ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets and quality.
- Supervise teams on site and ensure smooth communication between the various stakeholders (authorities, clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, etc.).
- Monitor the progress of the work and guarantee compliance with current safety standards.
- Manage the administrative, contractual and financial aspects of the sites, including site meetings, invoicing and budget monitoring.
You bring
- A degree in civil engineering, architecture or site management or equivalent training.
- Proven experience in site management (minimum 3 years) and in the construction field.
- Ability to manage several topics simultaneously.
- Good experience in TCE.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and team player.
- Knowledge of current standards and regulations.
- Good knowledge of digital tools
- Rigour, organisation, flexibility, a positive attitude
- Good command of German is a plus
