TEAM PARTNERS Switzerland, a company of the Blue Soft Group, is looking for an AI Engineer / Generative AI Engineer to take over and continue activities related to the design, integration, and deployment of artificial intelligence solutions that meet concrete business needs. The role requires a high degree of autonomy, a global vision of projects, and the ability to intervene from needs analysis to implementation.
AI Engineer / Generative AI Engineer (M/F)
Your responsibilities
- Analyse the needs of business departments and translate them into concrete technical solutions.
- Independently manage AI projects from their scoping to their implementation.
- Design the overall architecture of solutions and ensure their integration into the existing environment.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs in Python to enable the use of LLM models.
- Configure and improve chatbots and AI assistants, notably using OpenWebUI.
- Perform prompt engineering tasks and optimise model behaviour.
- Set up benchmarks, compare models, and measure result quality.
- Develop document processing, OCR, and data anonymisation solutions.
- Containerise and deploy solutions with Docker and, as needed, OpenShift.
- Integrate authentication and identity federation mechanisms, including Keycloak, SSO, and OpenID Connect.
- Test, document, and continuously improve the quality, security, and robustness of AI solutions.
- Maintain active monitoring, experiment with new technologies, and propose the most suitable solutions.
- Collaborate with business teams, developers, and infrastructure and security teams.
Your profile
- Higher education in computer science, artificial intelligence, data science, or an equivalent field.
- Practical experience in developing and integrating artificial intelligence solutions.
- Good understanding of language models, generative AI, and their use cases.
- Proven ability to independently manage a technical project from start to finish.
- Ability to grasp an architecture as a whole and communicate with business and technical stakeholders.
- Pragmatic, structured approach with a focus on solution quality.
